This is the worst teriyaki place I have ever been to has the worst customer service they like to hang up on people and then call them back and hang up on them again they will never have my business people should never go there I cannot believe they are still in business and their food is not that good. Everybody should be going to Niko teriyaki so much more friendly. If I could give them negative stars I give them negative thousand

I ordered 2 chicken yakisoba which had no flavor at all, overall the food was not good. Will never return.

This couple gave HORRIBLE customer service! My husband and I ordered the lunch special and when she brought it out there was barely any food on the plate to feed one person. When my husband confronted her on asking why there was such little food she yelled at him. I couldnt believe my eyes. Then when my husband walked away due to her reaction she brought HER husband out and they stood at our table throwing attitude raising their voices at how we ordered lunch special and more meat, more money. Are you kidding me?! I will NEVER go to this place EVER again! Horrible customer service and since there wasnt enough food to taste I'm going to say horrible food too! The customer is always right, this was a bad move from both of them. NEVER mistreat your customers, they're the ones that keep your doors open!
