Before meeting my partner, I had never tried Teriyaki Time, but after she introduced me to it, I was hooked, especially on the California Roll with Spicy Mayo. The food is always delicious and served quickly, with great attention to detail-like the last time they thoughtfully plated the sauce on my sushi, which made a big difference for me as an arm amputee.

We enjoy ur food so much . We drive to Anacortes - to ride the Tommy Thompson bike trail. Always get teriyaki after our ride.

Our family has been long-time customers, however, we will no longer go here due to all of their food being served in styrofoam.

We've been loyal customers at Teriyaki Time for well over 10 years because their food is very good. The reviews are correct. However, today found out that loyalty is not reciprocated. We went to pick up our large order on the way to the ferry back to san juan island. When we gave them our credit card they said they needed a PIN code, and no amount of explanation would change their mind. For the record, you don't need a PIN with a credit card. Then they said they wouldn't take a check. With no other option, my husband left. Meanwhile, I called to help to sort it out and was told they WOULD take check, but by then my husband was long gone. SO, they lost out on our order, and then lost long time customers, and all our future orders. Very poor business decision. I will never go back.

Prices are much higher than those stated on this website. They also charge $1.50 extra for white meat, which the menu does not state nor the person taking your orders. They just ask, "White or dark meat?" as if one had an option with no change in price. WRONG! Found out the hard way after the bill came.
The only reason I went there was because the ambiance is more conducive for a leisurely meal with friends. The new teriyaki place -- Happy Wok Teriyaki -- has better prices, but the place is small and a bit cramped when it gets busy.
But after the unexpected higher price charged for my meal and arguing with me about it (bad customer service), I don't think I will be going to Teriyaki Time again. Leaves a bitter taste in my mouth.
