I thoroughly reviewed multiple pho restaurants in Seattle, utilizing a consistent rating system to easily compare my experiences, noting the quality of broth, meat portion, freshness, noodles, and ambiance/cleanliness, and I found a standout Vietnamese spot that I plan to revisit for their delicious grilled pork vermicelli, fresh rolls, and excellent ice coffee despite the slight drawbacks in other menu items and the proximity from home.
