Toby's offers a wonderfully casual and rustic atmosphere perfect for adults looking for a relaxing meal, complete with a charming view of the water and walls full of character. The food exceeded my expectations-especially the perfectly cooked bacon cheeseburger, tender clam strips, and fresh coffee beans-and the friendly service made the experience even better.
