If you want authentic dim sum in Seattle, this is my favorite. The food is delicious, but service can be brusque and the atmosphere noisy.

Top gun has great dim sum...best i've had outside of San Francisco. The place is nothing special and maybe not the best Chinese food in Portland, but if you want Dim Sum - this is the place.
