The Chinese food at Top Wok in Elma is great value for money. The Lo Mein is a personal favorite with generous portions and excellent customer service. It's been a year since I discovered this gem, and I've never had a bad meal - the orange chicken and cashew chicken are delicious for a small town Chinese joint.
