Caught Los Lobos front and center for the first time tonight, and let me tell you, every seat I scoped had a killer view and fantastic sound-perfect for rocking out without losing a beat. I dove into some special cocktails inspired by the band (liquid gold) and treated myself to a coconut sago pudding that was sweet enough to make my taste buds dance, especially with that subtle fennel-pandan twist. The vibe was casual and comfy-plaid shirts and flannel ruled-while the staff kept things running smooth, making it a night full of good tunes, great drinks, and just enough room to wiggle without knocking elbows.
