I frequently visit the Dunkin' in my neighborhood and the staff, especially the new hires, are consistently polite and attentive. Over time, the service has improved, and the managers are particularly friendly. Additionally, they use a sugar syrup in the iced coffee to prevent it from settling at the bottom, which enhances the overall experience.
