Carlos deserves recognition for his outstanding service; he was professional, kind, and patient during my multiple calls to confirm our reservations. Our stay was enjoyable with a clean and spacious room, efficient check-in and check-out, and a great location just a short walk from Disneyland. Despite some minor issues, such as noise and a small bathroom, the overall experience was pleasant and made our trip to Disneyland easy and affordable.
