I truly miss the delicious food and friendly service at Papa Joe's. The flavors, especially the fried okra and catfish, were always exceptional and have left a lasting impression on me. It's disappointing to see it close down, but I look forward to trying out the new location and see what Charlie Mae's Soul Food has to offer.

I do not eat catfish alot but, when l do its a treat. I don't live very far from this hole in the wall so, l primarily went due to its geographical location and not for its food. This was my second and last visit.

I ordered a two piece catfish order which, cost me $9 .00 the
fish did not taste like catfish to me and it was overcooked. When l called and talked to the owner he was rude, lacked class and customer service etiquette.

I will not be eating there ever again, and will not be recommending anyone to eat there. Joe, the customer is always right, you lost a customer. Bye bye!

This is not the best place to eat fish. The prices are over priced and the catfish is not all that great in my opinion. I ordered from this place a few times and did not have a great experience. Also, it reminds me of a ghost town because l was the only customer, l know why it sucks.
