I highly recommend visiting this bakery where my dad used to work before he passed away in the early 2000s. The bread they bake brings back fond memories of him coming home with the delicious aroma filling our kitchen. Their Central American "Pan Frances" made for Thanksgiving is exceptional, especially the "bolillo type" that holds the turkey and sauce perfectly without falling apart, and don't miss out on their fresh bagged plantain chips, known as "Plataninas," which are far superior to the mass-produced options available elsewhere.
