The service felt rushed and indifferent, making it clear that speed was prioritized over quality, which was disappointing compared to other locations I've visited. After reaching out to corporate and sharing my concerns, they responded thoughtfully and offered a replacement meal at a different location, which I appreciated. The food remains delicious, especially the Beyond the Original Orange Chicken bowl with brown rice, and I hope management at this location improves their communication and training to match the better experiences elsewhere.

The service at the Redondo Beach location was a total mess. The staff seemed more interested in speed than quality, but after reaching out to corporate, they offered me a free meal at another spot. While the food is tasty, the customer service needs serious improvement - hopefully management takes action soon.
