Five stars!!!! Excellent food and good prices!! I've tried their mystery punch but I think I'll stick to moscato. There is extra parking across the street (but someone needs to add gravel). Advice for the chef - try putting chocolate chips in the cheesecake. Get some ice cream. Everything is better w ice cream. Advice for the owner- book Stu!! We see him at JP Henry's. Also book John richards!! We see him at the coral on South side. This place has been great since the new owners took over a few years back. Service is always good. Food is always good and Carrie the bartender is the best in town. She used to be the weekend bartender at MyWay bar. They're lucky to have her. Food is always good & fresh & beer is cold. I got the black and blue burger with fries & it was huge Wings are amazing! I have actually tried many different things on the menu and I have never been disappointed! Great environment since new owner! Friendly staff and the beer is always cold!!!! Best bar food in the area. Wings are awesome. Tons of great appetizers and daily specials. Solid local beer selection. My son and his friend LOVED the "Butt Fries" French fries covered in pork butt. It is good. But I am partial to the wings. Lots of sauces. They are messy! Love 'em! This is my favorite place in the area for wings. First time in here. Let's be clear this is a dive bar not a five star restaurant. With that said the wait staff is very friendly and very attentive. They also know the items on their menu. This is a great local joint with a half dozen TVs and country music on the speakers. The fired pickles are very good. I had a Kentucky Bourbon Barrel draft beer. Nice. Ordered the BBQ burger and added bacon. The BBQ burger is a 10 oz patty with pulled pork on top, pickles, and onion rings. Very good. I also ordered the handmade onion rings. They may be the best onion rings I have ever had and I am picky about onion rings. Come on by it is worth the visit. Im glad this restaurant has been taken over by someone else. The past owner let it go to hell for sure. That Butler guy never had a clue how to run a restaurant properly. I tried the Polo again last night 3/28/18 and was pleasantly surprised. It seems they kept some of their original staff which I thought was a good idea because They did have a few good people working there. I ordered the steak wrap and their onion rings and my friend had the naked wings. The onion rings were the best I have had in many a day, and the steak wrap was full of wonderful tender steak cooked to perfection and I asked for blue cheese dressing to be thrown in with the wrap as well. It was perfect. The restaurant was really quite fourfor Wednesday rainy evening I was glad for them that they're getting a good turnout. It's my understanding the new owners are Tim and Kim but I do not know their last name I think they will really turn this place around.
