Perfection. The cream puffs and eclairs could not be better. Crisp firm crusty puff pastry shell with lots of real cream filling. The only thing my husband would change is the frosting on eclairs to dark chocolate. The amount of frosting again perfect not an over kill where all you taste is frosting. We picked these up at stall at New Eastern Market in York.
