Phoenix Food Boutique in YES plaza on Colima and Fullerton Road is a go-to for my sister and me, especially after visiting family nearby. We always dive into their Spicy Salt Chicken Wings and Hong Kong Rice Noodles, and I can't get enough of their desserts like the Mini Egg Tarts. My husband loves it too, and we often order takeout, with favorites like the Yeung Chow Fried Rice and their refreshing drinks, making it a reliable choice for satisfying meals and late-night snacks.
