This old-school soul food joint serves up fried catfish that tastes just like granny's Friday dinner-crispy, hot, and perfectly sized. The rib tips smoked to perfection, tender with just the right amount of gristle, brought back memories of Cleveland's corner rib joints, while the sides like mac & cheese and collard greens hit all the right notes. Though service had its quirks and some items weren't always available, the flavorful food and generous portions keep me coming back for more, especially that insanely good BBQ burger I never saw coming.
