I ordered a turkey cake for Thanksgiving and received a different flavor, but the fresh cake was enjoyed by my guests. After reaching out to customer service, they promptly arranged a replacement, which shows their commitment to customer satisfaction; I'm always impressed by the quality of their baked goods and the friendly staff.

I ordered a turkey cake for Thanksgiving and got a different flavor than I expected. Despite the mix-up, the cake was fresh and my guests enjoyed it, although we were really hoping for the French cream raspberry flavor that we love. After reaching out to them, they are making it right by replacing it with a Christmas cake. It's a bummer they closed the bakery near me in Union City/Weehawken, but I still make the trip from Hudson County for their delicious pastries and pignoli cookies.
