For years, I have frequented Gerrity's in Westside, visiting at least three times a week for their fantastic products and friendly staff. However, today's experience left me feeling humiliated by a cashier named Lisa who seemed more focused on chatting than accurately fulfilling my order. Despite my loyalty to the store, I now hesitate to return if she is working the register, tarnishing an otherwise pleasant shopping experience at my go-to grocery store for quality products at great prices.
