Had our first take-out from Jimmy Fu's last night. Included with the wonderful food was courteous and friendly service. They instantly became our favorite Chinese in Jax.

At first I was impressed with their Pork Fried rice.
Unlike other Chinese take-out in the area, Jimmy Fu's was Fried Rice, not greasy. Good fried rice. Only not authentic to New York fried rice. Missing the sconions and scrambled eggs.
Then I ordered the Chicken Fried Rice. They lost me.
They added chicken to a yellow rice, failed miserable. Not fried, no veggies and no onions and eggs. I'm very disappointed.
How ever, I'll have their house special Fried rice tonight. I haven't given up on them yet.

I have been a fan for years. Sadly, the quality of food has declined greatly. The Hot and Sour Soup was lovingly made to order and was wonderful...but....it abruptly changed with new ownership or chef and is now a dismal choice. The entrees taste of dirty grease and are not edible. Tonight was my last order as I have thrown out the last few orders due to terrible quality.
