The neighborhood pub I frequent exudes a welcoming, Irish-owned charm and serves the best Guinness on tap in San Diego. It's a lively yet laid-back spot where I've made great friends and enjoy relaxing or socializing with others, though street parking can be a challenge. The staff is friendly, and the back area adds to the experience, especially during fun music and karaoke nights that draw a great crowd.
