As someone who frequently travels between California and Texas for work and has tried many barbecue joints, I find Rudy's consistently delivers excellent, tender smoked meats like moist brisket, jalapeño sausage, ribs, and tasty sides such as Texas-style baked beans and banana pudding, all served with friendly, efficient service in a clean, spacious atmosphere, making it my favorite BBQ spot that never disappoints.
