After checking into the hotel at Northern Lights Casino, I decided to have dinner before the MMA fights. The restaurant, which opens at 5 PM, boasts excellent food despite being on the pricier side. I enjoyed a Caesar salad with perfectly cooked grilled chicken, while my girlfriend raved about her creamy chicken Alfredo, making the dining experience memorable, though the prices felt a bit steep for a casino setting.
