Visited Uncle Loui's Cafe early in the morning and found it to be moderately busy, with a nostalgic cafe atmosphere and old-style rock and roll music playing. Enjoyed Loui's scrambler, which was satisfying and filling, along with attentive service from the friendly waitress. Despite the crowds, the experience was pleasant and the food was good, making it a reliable breakfast spot in Duluth.
