Matthew Kirk provided exceptional service at Connolly's, where I have fond memories from my early 20s in Charlotte. The authentic Irish pub ambiance during the day gives way to a more rowdy atmosphere at night. Despite feeling like I may have outgrown it, I still enjoy visiting Connolly's for nostalgia and a proper pint of Guinness.
