I have for many years ate at the Anvil- it used to be good! For the first time, my food was horrible. The steak was tough, overcooked and tasteless. The baked potatoe- despite being sent back TWICE was undercooked in the micowave. No bread was served. 'Manager' would not face me. I will NEVER go back, and will be SURE to tell many, many folks whom I work with in the town- don't go there. They'll tell their friends and so on.. DO NOT EAT here. Go to Shepherdstown, or eat at La Mezzaluna. Avoid at all costs.
