12/29/2010 - Disapointed Again
The problem with this grill is that it is not consistent. I have visited it many times and have had good experiences, but I never know when I will be happy with the food and when I will be getting ripped off.

The food is never the same, I mean that the ingredients vary for menu items, the quality varies from good and fresh to really bad and inedible. The portion sizes also vary. Sometimes I will order the Antipasta salad, they have a half size and a full size, but I often pay for the full size when I've been served a half size. I brought it to my servers attention today at lunch and she didn't apologize, didn't bring it to the manager/owners attention. She just went and rang me up for a $9.00 salad, I left the place with my stomach still growling. I feel ripped off. The ingredients and preparation seem to vary as well. So I have decided to not visit them again. They could be good if they had it together but they obviously don't. I've wasted too much money there on partial orders and bad quality.

My husband and I stopped in for lunch today 2-25-10
at 2:00pm After seating ourselves we waited and waited. Finally a server came over and took our drink order. She was not friendly at all. The were 2 tables full of men, with another table with 2 women.
One table had about 5 guys and they left shortly after we sat down. We ordered a simple cheese burger with chips. and a chicken wrap. The cheese burger came out on slices of bread (not a roll). And my chicken wrap was cold and nasty. I couldn't even eat it. Our server asked if I wanted a box for my wrap and I said No, I don't like it. She did not even offer to take it off our bill. Sadly we learned a lesson today. We will not go back to Backwoods Grille.
