During a recent visit to DiCarlo's in downtown Wheeling, I discovered their unique pizza-making process - baking the bread first then adding the hot fresh bread to melt the cheese. The slices are generously topped with fresh ingredients, making two slices a satisfying meal. This long-standing establishment has been serving delicious pizza for many years, earning a loyal following of locals and visitors alike.
