Very disappointed. My family and I usually love Tudors, but lately it has went down hill, bad! I don't know if the management just don't care but the food sucks now. My soda strait from the fountain was flat and disgusting. I will never return to Tudors in Princeton WV. What a waste of money.

Waited a long time for my breakfast platter. The waitress was rude. The eggs were cold. Don't go!

I like the food here ok and there are a few good employees for sure. The problem I see with this business is the management. I know of 4 people who have applied and where never called yet the chain continues to post signs outside saying that they are hiring. When I went into the restaurant to ask to see a manager to ask them about being hired because I had given them an application I was made to wait 5 minutes at the counter then was told, "she wonts to know what you wont." HOW can you be hired as a manager with that attitude!! I also know someone close to me who had the same type thing happen at the Oak Hill location. Lord hire some managers that aren't trailer trash!!

waited in drive through 20 min for a cold BLT which was served to me on non toasted bread, heaping with mayo and cold bacon also pathetic

Worst service every in drive thru. Waited about 15 minutes still no food. Got money back and left. Won't go there anymore.

Once again we tried this restaurant. We went at around 7 PM 4-20-13. The food was COLD...white bean soup. We sent it back and it was retrned still not warm or hot.

We said noting to the server after all it was not her fault.

A waste of around $10. We were so upset.

So that you can check our times and bill we have a receipt showing 19:05:03, Invoice 000982, Batch 000243.

A refund of our $9.82 is expected. Also, a response to this lack of quality food should be sent to us.
