I have been a loyal cutomer for over 3 years. I was totally dismayed at the awful customer service I received tonight. I preordered a pizza to be picked up at 5:45 pm (I told Josh who took my order I was coming after picking up my daughter from dance which ended at 5:30 pm with an agreed time of 5:45 pm. Josh wrote on the ticket 6:45 pm?!!! So I waited patiently with a 3 year old toddler for them to make and cook my pizza. Thank goodness I checked the pizza before paying - it was half cheese and mushroom. I ordered sausage and onion. How do you get a mushroom pizza when I clearly remember saying sausage and onion. They looked at me like I was the crazy one. My only recourse was to pick up my daughter and get the he**** out of there without an apology or pizza and a hungry daughter. I'm sorry that such lousy customer service has ended my patronage of this establishment. I will now only get my pizza at Pasquales.

04/20/2010 - Don't book a rehearsal dinner here
My fiance and I had a rehearsal dinner booked here. When we called them a month before they upped the price by half! If you are unfortunate enough to book a party here, don’t believe what they tell you, make them put it in writing! There are better places close by to have the rehearsal with better value for your money and better food. I guess in the end we would rank this place with horrible service and OK food.
