By far the most unpleasant employees I have ever come across!!!!! When I had a problem with my order and went to the walk-up window to resolve the issue the burger still came back lukewarm after I asked for a fresh Burger. So I knocked on the window to inform them. Two employees walked up to the window, one obviously being the cook and he literally said to me, "What is it now?" I said, "The burger is still lukewarm and there is no cheese." He said, "The burger just came off the grill (mind you it only took 2 minutes to cook the burger and prepare it and he was back) and you didn't ask for cheese." I showed him the first burger that was wrong and lo and behold there was cheese. His reply, "We're human too and we all make mistakes." With a smart -ss tone. I said, "Dude it's like this every time I come here." And he literally said to me, "Well then stop coming here!" And his -ssh-l- fellow employee said, "Maybe you should get a job here!" I do enjoy Checkers food but never again will I eat at another Checkers restaurant!
