Now open under new ownership! They have taken things back to the good old days of Rubin's Deli. Food is excellent, service is excellent. A great place to grab a great deli sammich!

I have eaten at Rubens deli for over 40 years. The sandwiches and subs are still fantastic. My wife and I and our kids love there food. My kids asked to go there and you know how picky kids can be. All of the signs on the wall have been there since I was I kid. I think they are great. If you don't like them then don't read them.

This is a sub shop with no pretense. The owner's personality adds just the right neighborhood flavor. Although the menu remains the same I say "if it ain't broken, why fix it"? I just wish the place was a little bigger.

A Parkersburg tradition is what this local deli is. The political signs/references are the norm and just add to the small-town appeal. The people are friendly and the food is great. A person's opinion should not change your taste in food.

I grew up eating at Rubin's and it holds very great memories for me. Now this "deli" has fallen short over time with the same tired menu that has been there for over 30 years. The political signs and the use of derogatory comments are a distraction to what could possibly be a very cool place to eat as it use to be years ago.
