My husband and I, along with a couple of friends, stopped by the Blue Moon Cafe for lunch. After reading the reviews online, we thought the food there would be delicious. For the price, I expected fresh crab meat in my sandwich and was very disappointed with the taste. It did not taste as good as fresh crab meat. Rather, It tasted like it came from a can. It also was shredded, which is typically the way canned crab meat is prepared. My girlfriend had a similar experience with her lobster roll. For one, it was quite small and did not have much meat in it. It also lacked the flavor that is often there when lobster is fresh. Needless to say, both of us were very dissatisfied with our meals and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the area.
