We made reservations for our 5th anniversary for breakfast. We were rushed to our table by our server and asked if we wanted coffee and water while walking to our table. We wanted to have a drink so we asked for a drink menu and and the server ran off. Very Weird. So the server finally comes back, very frantic, not friendly or personable. We order and it seemed like we were asking too much. Food comes out by a runner. We split the Eggs Bene. It was great. However, our server never came back to ask how the meal was. We want to cash out and leave, so I ask the server for my bill and was blown off in the rudest way I have ever been treated in a nice establishment as a customer. The server runs off again! Finally a lady asks if we need help, takes my card and cashes is out. My wife and I check our account on the way home from our 5th anniversary and we find out that server that gave us terrible service and was very rude that we still gave a 20% tip. Our server decided to make it a 40% tip and steal from us 😂😂😂😂 It took 3 days for my wife to get in touch with someone at the restaurant after we found out about the fraud done on our card. This was NOT how I expected our time there to go! And this is not how business is conducted!!! I wonder how many unsuspecting people have had there credit card tips doubled while on vacation and trusting people!!!!!! If that was there A game I give it F+ at best. Terrible and we are offended!!! Still waiting on a credit for our bill. Nothing enticing for us to return.
