This location offers a fantastic selection of boba, milk tea, and delicious fried dumplings, making it a favorite for many downtown workers. The service is friendly and efficient, and the dumplings, especially the spicy steamed pork variety, are a standout dish. While the establishment has limited hours and is closed on weekends, it's definitely worth a visit during the week for a satisfying meal in the underground tunnel system.
