The carnitas here are incredibly juicy and flavorful, melting in your mouth with every bite, accompanied by perfectly seasoned rice and beans that complement the meal beautifully. The atmosphere is unpretentious and straightforward, with a small, clean setting and a salsa bar offering a variety of fresh, vibrant options that add just the right kick. Though parking can be a challenge and the staff may not be the warmest, the quality and authenticity of the food make each visit worthwhile, especially when enjoyed hot and fresh.

One of the best spots for Carnitas Burritos in San Jose, with generous portions of meat, minimal rice, and no beans. The value for what you get is fantastic, and the service is friendly. The carnitas are consistently clean and packed with flavor, making it a must-try for any carnitas enthusiast in the area.
