I have been going to the Black Bear for a lifetime, and I have experienced many different owners. The present owners, have come back for a second time, having sold the place about twenty years ago. The food is always excellent and service friendly and courteous.

Were there Saturday night the 10th May 2014, son had chicken and that was very good, but three of us had the prime rib and it was the worse prime rib we ever had, I can't even explain how awful it was, no taste to it, raw in middle and medium in some areas and well done in other areas of the meat, don't know how you can do that, awful just awful!
