I absolutely adore Bob Chinn's, and I've been eagerly anticipating its arrival in Kenosha for the past two years. It's disheartening to hear that the plan has fallen through - Kenosha will truly be missing out. Having frequented the Wheeling, IL location since I was 18 (although it's been 8 years since my last visit), I really miss the delicious food and great atmosphere.
