While working on an Ice Age Trail project, I stayed overnight in a clean, quiet motel room with friendly service and convenient amenities like satellite TV, a small fridge, and microwave. The bar, mostly frequented by locals, offers great on-tap beers and excellent food like pot roast and breaded walleye, and the new owners have done a fantastic job updating both the rooms and the atmosphere with local logging history touches.

During my stay at this motel, I found the room to be suitable for a comfortable night's rest. The amenities included satellite TV, a small fridge, and a microwave, making it convenient for a short stay. The service was friendly and accommodating, and the overall experience was pleasant.

Friday fish was cold and the pizza had no sauce. Went for breakfast and being the only group of 4 in the dinning room, thought the food would not get messed up. well it took over 1/2 hour and everything was cold. Sheets had stains on them, cobwebs in the corners of the roof. Will never go back
