The service at Canyon City was exceptional and the food was consistently delicious. Despite its hidden location, the restaurant offers a welcoming atmosphere and a variety of tasty dishes that make it a local favorite.

I had the Prime Rib, outstanding meal which included soup, homemade bread and baked potato. The horseradish that was included with the Prime Rib, was the best I've had in years!
