Chang Jiang in Sun Prairie offers delicious Chinese takeout with generous portions at a great value. The service is efficient and the menu has a variety of traditional dishes to choose from. I appreciate the convenience of their online ordering system and the consistent quality of the food.

Around 8 years ago they never made a dinner I ordered for ten three hours before I needed it. I gave them the order again, sat there half an hour watching people come and go, and they told me they had not started it.

Tried an online order tonight. When I got there, they said they never got it, because "their cash register wasn't working". I gave them my order, then gave it again and showed them my confirmed order on my cell phone when they read it back with wrong items.

In five minutes they gave me a bag of food, said it had the chicken chop suey and fried wontons I tried to order in it. When I got home the receipt said "vegetable chop suey and fried wontons" and that is what I got.

Beware, nice people, but I'd be pretty surprised if they get half their orders right.
