After giving Charcoal Grill another try on a Friday night, I was impressed by how well managed and clean the restaurant was, and the service was attentive and friendly throughout the evening. The cheese bites, battered in Spotted Cow, stood out as a unique and delicious appetizer, while the chicken dumpling soup, fried chicken, and ribs were all excellent choices that made the wait worthwhile. Although some dishes like the BLT and onion strings missed the mark, the overall experience, especially with servers like Dave who were thoughtful and engaging, left me eager to return.

I revisited Charcoal Grill recently with my family on a Friday night. The restaurant seemed well managed and clean. We ordered the Cobb salad and a nacho appetizer, both of which were delicious. The service was great, and we noticed a significant improvement since our last visit. We were pleased with our experience and would consider returning in the future.
