I don't have a clue about what the above commenter is talking about Chicago Sub is one of the best fast food places I know. I have been a long time customer and never ran into any problems. The food is delicious and the service is superb. Also, the staff is polite and courteous. I would recommend everyone to dine at Chicago Sub.
07/30/2011 - Horrible Customer Service
I called into this place for carry out & when i arrived to the restaurant, there was obviously a mis communication, being that the worker had an extreme accent, somehow he didn't know I was ordering over the phone..so he cursed at me saying "you didn't say you wanted to buy, what the f*ck do you think this is?" after he said that, I simply walked out & didn't purchase anything, I won't ever go back & I suggest you do the same.
