In the vast expanse of a 100+ mile radius, I have yet to encounter Mexican cuisine for the working class as scrumptious as what Viroqua dishes out. It's a culinary haven brimming with locally sourced, family-run eateries that master the art of crafting delectable dishes. Despite occasional lapses in service, the enchanting flavors at Chilito Lindo always lure me back for more, offering a delightful escape from the early closures and sporadic schedules of other local establishments.

Love this place! I have never had a bad meal and have even had the cook surprised me with a dish not on the menu. The staff is great and the place just feels like home.

We stopped for dinner and it was a TREAT! Two of the four people in our party are vegetarians and they had plenty to choose from and all of the food was delicious! Our waiter was attentive but casual and we had a wonderful, wonderful time!

Chilito Lindo is a very cute little spot! The food is authentic; the owners & waiters are genuine!

BIG Disappointment Food was mediocre at best. The enchiladas were dry & the filling was threadbare. The flan was chewy. The beer on tap was flat. The food presentation was given no apparent thought. Appetizers looked like they were just thrown on the plate. While the help was very friendly, they seemed oblivious to taking care of the customer. Be prepared to search on your own for utensils, napkins, appetizer plates & serve yourself coffee.
