After dining here four times during work-related stays at the hotel, I've always enjoyed the food, particularly the spinach grain bowl and salmon, while the staff accommodated my dietary needs exceptionally well, making for a pleasant experience despite the hotel's overall appearance.

I've dined at this hotel restaurant four times during work trips and have always been satisfied with the food. The spinach grain bowl is a great healthy choice for travelers, and I also enjoyed the tot nachos and salmon. The service is good, the setting is comfortable, and it's a dependable option for dining while staying at the hotel.

Went tonight for a casual fish fry with wifey (9/28/18). What a surprise! The dining area
had been tastefully upgraded and the atmospherics augmented our sense of serenity and interestlingly the taste of the food. We opted for the fish fries which appeared before us in the blink of an eye. The cole slaw so fresh and tangly. Three large fillets of cod were nestled in an avalanche of perfectly cooked fries. This is how I had remembered fish fries of olden times to have been as commonplace in our piscatorial city. Such days are long gone, except here. If you value quality for your dining dollar, please patronize this gem of a place. We have no organic connection to the restaurant or its staff, thus our thoughts are unbiased and unbought. Because of this experience, our family intends to return monthly!

Went today 3/08/2015 Sunday Brunch enjoyed the excellent service of Diane our waitress good Bloody Mary's with chasers to start then went for fresh made omelet , sliced Beef in gravy , Tenderloin Tips w/Mushrooms , Chicken ala Rapena's Mashed , fried Potatoes , Polish sausage in sauerkraut, egg bake, breakfast sausages , and fresh made French toast ordered through Miss Diane and assorted Deserts.
Service was great food excellent and 3 people $50.00 with 3 blood's one hell of a deal , so good in fact I am going back for Ester Bunch .

went to Cork and Cleaver for the first time 01/17/2015 was met by Diane our waitress who seated us and took our drink order , also told us the specials . when she came back with drinks she took our dinner order I ordered the Bourbon pork chops and my Wife ordered the 20oz Rib Eye with salads and baked potatoes, Diane then brought out our salads and a warm bread basket with ample butter. We ordered another cocktail which came with ample time before the entree's . I honestly have to say that the Bourbon Pork Chops were the very best pork chops I had in my 62 years of life ,my Wife's Rib Eye was as good , told Diane this and Chef Dennis came out to the table and I told him the same thing . Service excellent- food excellent- ambiance i'll give it a 4 in General I will be going back many more times to enjoy Diane as our waitress and Chef Dennis's great food. we live in Brookfield but well worth the drive .
