Horrible experience...I think our waitress was drunk. She bring our food out after about an hour and I ask for ketchup for my hashbrown, she brings me one...I go to use it and about a half gallon of sanitizer from inside the lid pours out onto my food. I ask for a replacement and showed them about the ketchup bottles and how they are retaining sanitizer in the lids. They got snarky with me when I asked for new food. I then told them to put my food in a to go because everyone else was gonna be done eating, the waitress insisted my food would be fast, and it was but on my first bite my biscuits and gravy were ice cold. It was disgusting.

My wife and I stopped at Country Kitchen today (12/22/20) to have lunch. We have been here before and have had good service. Today was a disaster. Our waitress today took our order and almost an hour later never once came to the table for updates or refills. During this time we were able to see and overhear other customers. Our waitress forgot to get a fried order from the other table but did not forget to tell them they would have to pay for the drinks. As she took our order suddenly remembered that. We never saw a server take an order off memory, except this one. A man next to us ordered 2 eggs and coffee, never got the coffee until he was done eating. Then she went back to another table just to ask them if she took their order?. As a table left she cleaned up the table by hand, no container, gloves. They kept piling up garbage in an overflowing bucket used for bussing tables. Where we were sitting we could see she never washed her hands, AND at this point almost an hour later we had no food. My wife asked for th he manager who was in the back cooking and talked to us. He had no idea about the employees actions or what was going on. The waitress then accused us of not wanting to pay for our food which we never recieved, well she did bring some of our order as we were ready to leave. My wife and I gave the server almost an hour before saying anything. Throughout this experience with us and other customers she just kept saying sorry repeatedly with everything and anything.
