We ate at The Rice lake location yesterday, June 1, 2023.Very disappointed at the quality of the food we received. The mushroom and Swiss my husband received was cold, the cheese was not even melted at all. The onion rings were over cooked and they too appreared to have at under a warmer. We returned the sandwich and the nice young man, named Josh was more than helpful and had another complete order made. The second sandwich was okay but still not as good as they have been. The onion rings were much better. The deluxe sandwich I had was semi cold but I ate it anyway. Very disappointing when they charge what they do for food. Shout out to Josh-what a great Employee!! We watched Josh as he was taking orders, helping customers and running orders to customers outside. Yes, he was actually running-you need more employees like this-who go above and beyond!
