He comes to my work every day at 11 AM and has amazing food and service. I look forward to the Chuckwagon every day.

We have had Denny's for several years. This past year it has not been the best service. He comes at all different times. I have repeatedly asked him to come earlier, but he says he would have to get up twenty minutes earlier. What??? That is his job. He is not making Denny's look very good at this point. I think you need to talk to your employees, and let them know what they should be doing.
