The Milwaukee-style cracker crust pizza loaded with toppings, exceptional service, friendly staff, cozy rustic atmosphere by Pewaukee Lake, and delicious menu items like onion rings and Rueben Rolls make it an unbeatable dining experience that keeps me coming back whenever I'm in town.

The pizza at Doc's on Pewaukee Lake is exceptional, with a delicious cracker crust and generous toppings that make it a standout choice. The staff is friendly and provides great service, adding to the overall enjoyable dining experience. Whether dining in or taking out, Doc's is a top spot for delicious pizza in Lake Country.

I used to live in Pewaukee in the 90's and whenever I think of the best experiences I had when living there I always recall enjoying some of THE BEST PIZZA I'VE EVER EATEN at Doc's Dry Dock! Unfortunately I've met some former Pewaukeeans who never even knew about this little pizza/bar hidden off of any major road on Pewaukee Lake's north shore. How sad!! Doc's serves a mouth watering, generously topped, slightly tangy, thin-crusted variety that tastes superior to any other in the area. Sandwiches are also served. This humble place is small, only having 5 tables (I think they take reservations) and a bar with a view of their lake docks. Personally I like their pizza better than other highly rated pizza's in Wisconsin like Hurley's Bell Chalet, Hales Corner's Ann's, Wauwatosa's Balestrerie's, and Racine's Wells Brothers. I highly suggest you get good directions and give this place a try.

Ok, here's the scoop. Doc's Dry Dock serves the BEST THIN CRUST PIZZA in Waukesha County and maybe the Milwaukee area. It's a small old fisherman's bar on the north shore of Pewaukee Lake and there's only 5 tables and bar seating so it may be tough getting a table during peak dinner hours. Certainly NOT a fancy place and I can't say the service is always super, but I can say I've never been disappointed with their WONDERFUL thin pizza loaded with TASTY toppings. Located off the beaten path so get directions!
