On my travels along Highway 25 toward Eau Claire, I discovered a coffee shop in Downsville that offers an impressive array of delicious home-cooked meals. The owners, who may be retired, truly shine in their culinary passion, and although the food takes a bit of time to prepare, the freshness and flavor are absolutely worth the wait.

Good home cooked food, excellent pies. Coffee could be better, but a great place for a quick lunch or early dinner. Also have excellent shakes.
