amazing food

If you're stuck in San Francisco in 1967, this is the place for you. Pretentious atmosphere with weird "New Age" music (if you can call it music). Meager selection at astronomical prices. Mostly strange things like "Beet Salad". The closest to normal food was an "organic" burger (whatever that is) that was dry and chewy when ordered rare and came more like medium. And it was only $11... if you want fries, it's a couple bucks more. Best of all... on a motorcycle ride with a group on a blistering hot, humid day, we were served lukewarm water. Not ice water.... not even cool tap water.
